Ltd. — a 65,000 sq. ft. integrated manufacturing facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, supplying certified fire-rated, cleanroom, hospital, glazed, acoustic, lead-lined and industrial steel door systems to projects across India and select international markets.
Three decades of building India's safer doors
Acodor began in 1995 with a focused mission — manufacture certified fire-rated steel doors of international quality, in India, for the country's growing industrial and commercial infrastructure. What started as a specialist fabrication unit has grown, under Koleshvari Infratech Pvt. Ltd., into one of India's most trusted door-systems manufacturers.
Today, our 65,000 sq. ft. plant in Village Zak, Dehgam (Gandhinagar) — set against the Narmada Canal on the Naroda–Dehgam Highway — produces fire-rated, glazed, cleanroom, hospital, acoustic, lead-lined, stainless-steel and industrial door systems for some of India's most demanding projects: pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, data centers, hotels, institutional campuses and infrastructure works.
Every Acodor door is engineered to IS:3614 Part II and BS:476 Part 22 fire-resistance standards, tested at the Central Building Research Institute (CBRI), Roorkee, and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Custom sizes, finishes, hardware and project-specific shop drawings are standard practice — not extras.

From raw steel to finished, function-tested door — every step is in-house. That control is what lets us guarantee fire performance, fit and finish on every order.
CNC Fabrication
Laser cutting, CNC bending and pressed-steel forming for tight-tolerance door leaves and frames.
Welding & Assembly
MIG / TIG welding stations with jig-controlled assembly for fully-welded fire-rated frames.
Powder Coating
Automated 7-tank pre-treatment line and dedicated powder-coating booth in any RAL shade.
Hardware Integration
In-house mortising and fitment of locks, closers, hinges and panic devices, function-tested before despatch.
Cleanroom Lines
Dedicated bay for stainless-steel and hermetic cleanroom doors with EPDM sealing systems.
Quality Control
Dimensional, finish, hardware-function and seal-integrity checks on every door before despatch.

Our 65,000 sq. ft. integrated plant is located in Village Zak, Ta. Dehgam, Dist. Gandhinagar, on the Naroda–Dehgam Highway, set against the Narmada Canal. Architects, consultants and project teams are welcome to schedule a plant visit.
